Can you insert formulas into tables in Publisher?

I'd like to insert a formula into a Publisher table like how it works for MS
Word -- for example "=SUM(ABOVE)". Is it possible?

No. You can if you insert an Excel spreadsheet (instead of a table) as
an OLE object using Insert > Object.
